This is the infamous Sweeney Todd, as portrayed by Johnny Depp.
It is, admittedly, a tad rough around the edges, though it was done in utter haste after I first glimpsed one of the early on-set photographs for the film.
That being said, a very low-quality reference photo was used for the sake of an authentic representation of the clothing and wiry hairstyle, but the pose and expression is original.
The meager background and border were last minute additions, courtesy of my fixation with filters, embossment, and peculiar patterning.
As for the artwork itself, It was drawn by hand with a cheap mechanical pencil, and scanned into Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9, where I proceeded to colorize and tweak it (the original, uncolored version of this piece can be located not-so-scenically in my scraps).
The character of Sweeney Todd is the property of Stephen Soundheim's renowned musical and does not belong to me in any way, nor does Johnny Depp (though I'm especially rueful to admit the latter). This particular rendition of the character is based on Tim Burton's upcoming film adaptation. It is awaited eagerly.
